Pastors in Cuba typically make about $25 per month. However, typically both the husband and wife work full time in the ministry yet they only make one salary.

The average Cuban family with two working adults would typically make around $50 per month. This shortfall between the average Cuban family with two incomes and average pastoral family is causing unnecessary financial hardship on many of our Cuban pastoral families.

The Support A Pastor Program allows us to provide a love offering of an additional $25 per month to these pastoral families to help provide them with a more reasonable, more livable provision.

This makes a huge difference for these families who are working hard to share the gospel.
